June 27, 2003—Eugene, Oregon

On our second day of PICCFEST, we had a rehearsal in the morning, then ran through some of the Carmina Burana before lunch. One singer from each choir went to the TV studio to be interviewed. We had originally planned to send Adam, but when he saw the bus in which they were going to be taking, he thought he best not risk getting motion sick, so Timothy filled in at the last minute.
We're getting to know the other choirs, giving and receiving messages on the "Grattitude Attitude" wall, which has a space for each choir to get messsages. The boys had some free time after the afternoon rehearsal. We went to dinenr early, but everyone else did as well, so we went to change for the Oregon Bach festival performance, then went to dinner. We loaded buses for the Bach Festival, where the combined choir sang before the opening performance. There was a group photo in the Hult Center lobby. We attended the first half of Handel's Jephtha, then came back to the dorm, where PICCFEST had provided snacks. Then to bed!
