Vienna, Austria to St. Florian, Austria

back to the 2002 tour page

In the morning, we woke up a little early to get to St. Stephen's Cathedral, Vienna's most famous landmark, where we sang two pieces to tst the acoustics. After a city tour the rest of the morning, we headed out of Vienna to Melk. There we had lunch and then got a tour of the Baroque monastery. At the end of the tour we sang in the chapel from the choir loft. O Vos Omnes was great! We hopped back on the bus to St. Florian, home of the Florianer Sängerknabenand their choir school. The boys met their billets there.
